Job Summary

Support Mental Health in Haiti from the comfort of your own home by managing our online store. Our Haitian-designed products are sold through volunteers, each building out their resume through digital marketing, and inventory management. We provide our store manager with the support they need to make a real, measurable difference for a small, unique non-profit in a way that fits your schedule.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Executive Director to maintain an inviting online store.

  • Receive product orders, prepare and ship the merchandise.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Investigate and suggest ways to increase and improve our online store.

  • Share and promote :)


  • Dependable communication with Espere team.

  • Prompt response to customer orders and needs.

  • A heart for serving others.

Additionally, individuals with specific skillsets outside of these areas are also encouraged to apply. Interns MUST be at least 21 years old.

  • Spring:   February - May

  • Summer:   June - August

  • Fall:   September - November


  • Interns will live in a safe, furnished apartment close to Espere staff.

  • An internship fee which includes airport pickup & drop off, lodging, one meal per day, and work-related transportation is required.

  • This fee does not include flights, travel vaccinations, travel insurance, cultural excursions, extra food or any other personal expenses. These are the responsibility of the intern and can be raised through support.
