Erika earned a Master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver after completing a Master's degree in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  She has provided mental health support in the United States, Ghana, and Haiti.  Her clinical specialties are in trauma, grief and loss, and multicultural issues.  She has experience working with children and adults of all ages.  She loves exploring new places and eating fried sweet plantains whenever she can.

Lauren is an international development practitioner with experience in the United States, Benin, and Haiti. She served in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Benin from 2012-2014, before earning a Master's degree in International Development and Social Change from Clark University. She has applied her management skills as a theatrical Stage Manager and Production Manager, and in civil service as the Clark graduate School Master's Co-President.

Isaac Ducléon, Psychologue haïtien travaillant comme bénévole pour ESPERE Community Counseling Center. Il a fait ses études en Psychologie à l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti à la Faculté d’Ethnologie où il a obtenu le grade de Licence-ès-Sciences en Psychologie avec Mention Très Bien. Il a continué ses études de Master en psychologie sociale à l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti à la Faculté d’Ethnologie. Il a fait des Stages d’observation comme Psychologue aux Centres hospitaliers Psychiatriques et Universitaires Mars & Klein et Stage de préprofessionnalisation et de Formation sur le Dépistage Volontaire Éclairé (VCT) aux Centres GHESKIO.
Il met à la disposition de son pays tout son savoir, il veut vraiment comprendre et voir aider les gens dans les différentes communautés.
Il travaille sur le terrain comme Psychologue volontaire-bénévole pour ESPERE Community Counseling Center, il accompagne l’équipe du centre à l’Office d’Assurance Accidents du Travail Maladie et de Maternité (OFATMA)/à Operations Blessings au Lac Azuei/ à RESPIRE Haïti Christian Mission à Gressier. Il est Psychologue responsable de communication Pour Arawaks Centre Transdisplinaire de Recherche et de Psychologie. Il fait son travail avec beaucoup d’amour et de respect, c’est un bon collaborateur, il adore son travail.

Isaac studies psychology and social work at a local university, where he also volunteered as a class translator, before he joined the Espere team. Isaac has lead individual and group counseling sessions, as well as the mental health certificate classes, since 2014. Isaac has also taught Haitian Creole to English speakers through a local language school. He has over 400 hours of written and oral translation experience.

Keely received a Master's degree in Health Psychology from the University of Wales Institute Cardiff, in the United Kingdom. Following her degree Keely focused her work in the area of mental health and social care support for individuals with developmental disorders and learning disabilities. Keely also has experience in conducting and publishing social and psychology based research in both the United Kingdom and Haiti.

Kiki earned a Master’s degree in Human Services Counseling from Liberty University. She served as activities coordinator and family reunification advocate at an orphanage in Haiti from 2015 to 2017 before joining the Espere team. She is passionate about keeping Haitian families together and mental health education and believes it is her call love people and meet their needs in a practical, caring, and sensitive way.
