Erika A. Childs, M.A., M.Ed
Founder; Director
Erika earned a Master's degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver after completing a Master's degree in Education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She has provided mental health support in the United States, Ghana, and Haiti. Her clinical specialities are in trauma, grief and loss, and multicultural issues. She has experience working with children and adults of all ages. She loves exploring new places and eating fried sweet plantains whenever she can.

Lauren Mawe, M.A.
Director of Management and Operations
Lauren is an international development practitioner with experience in the United States, Benin, and Haiti. She served in the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Benin from 2012-2014, before earning a Master's degree in International Development and Social Change from Clark University. She has applied her management skills as a theatrical Stage Manager and Production Manager, and in civil service as the Clark graduate School Master's Co-President.

Isaac Ducleon
Mental Health Worker
Isaac Ducléon, Psychologue haïtien travaillant comme bénévole pour ESPERE Community Counseling Center. Il a fait ses études en Psychologie à l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti à la Faculté d’Ethnologie où il a obtenu le grade de Licence-ès-Sciences en Psychologie avec Mention Très Bien. Il a continué ses études de Master en psychologie sociale à l’Université d’Etat d’Haïti à la Faculté d’Ethnologie. Il a fait des Stages d’observation comme Psychologue aux Centres hospitaliers Psychiatriques et Universitaires Mars & Klein et Stage de préprofessionnalisation et de Formation sur le Dépistage Volontaire Éclairé (VCT) aux Centres GHESKIO.
Il met à la disposition de son pays tout son savoir, il veut vraiment comprendre et voir aider les gens dans les différentes communautés.
Il travaille sur le terrain comme Psychologue volontaire-bénévole pour ESPERE Community Counseling Center, il accompagne l’équipe du centre à l’Office d’Assurance Accidents du Travail Maladie et de Maternité (OFATMA)/à Operations Blessings au Lac Azuei/ à RESPIRE Haïti Christian Mission à Gressier. Il est Psychologue responsable de communication Pour Arawaks Centre Transdisplinaire de Recherche et de Psychologie. Il fait son travail avec beaucoup d’amour et de respect, c’est un bon collaborateur, il adore son travail.
