Communications & Marketing Internship
JOB SUMMARY
The Communications & Marketing intern will be responsible for creating compelling content for social media and other channels that tell the story of Espere Community Counseling Center. This is an exciting opportunity to build experience in social media, marketing and community management.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Communications & Marketing Department internship consists of significant media monitoring and research which includes:

Creating visually interesting content and managing Espere’s social media.

Collecting, organizing and analyzing social media and website metrics.

Identify and build engagement with target audiences via social channels.

Monitor, respond to, and leverage the online conversation around our work.

Help develop and implement online strategies to increase awareness.

Qualifications:

Majors in journalism, communications, English, public relations or related fields preferred.

Professional writing, editing, proofreading and communication skills.

General computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Experience in design software a plus.
